At House of Agrasen, we want you to feel confident when trying our fragrances. If you receive your perfume and do not like the fragrance/smell, you may request a return under the conditions below.
Returns are accepted only if you do not like the smell/fragrance of the perfume.
The perfume must have been used for no more than 2 sprays.
The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with the bottle and all included items.
Products that have been used for more than 2 sprays will not be eligible for return.
If you do not like the fragrance:
Message us on Instagram and inform us that you would like to return the perfume.
Our team will guide you through the return process.
You will need to send the perfume back to our warehouse address provided by our team.
Once we receive the product, it will be inspected to verify that it meets our return conditions.
The return delivery/shipping charges from the customer's location to our warehouse will be paid entirely by the customer.
House of Agrasen will not reimburse or deduct these return shipping charges from the refund amount.
After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect the perfume and verify its condition and usage.
If the return meets all the requirements, the eligible product amount will be refunded to the customer after the return has been processed.
The refund will be processed only after successful verification of the returned product.
Maximum usage allowed: 2 sprays.
Return request must be made through our Instagram.
The product must be returned to our designated warehouse address.
Return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.
Refunds are subject to successful inspection and verification.
