Fragrance preferences are subjective, and we cannot guarantee that every customer will personally like a particular fragrance.
Once an order is placed and confirmed, it is processed for delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate name, contact number, and delivery address.
House of Agrasen is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
Cash on Delivery (COD) may be available depending on the customer's location and delivery service.
Customers placing COD orders are expected to accept and receive their orders.
Repeated refusal or failure to accept COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD purchases.
Delivery is handled through third-party courier/delivery partners.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the customer's location, courier service, weather, holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.
House of Agrasen is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery partners.
Any damage to the perfume bottle caused during transportation or delivery is the responsibility of the third-party delivery agent.
House of Agrasen does not provide refunds for damage caused by third-party delivery agents.
If you do not like the smell of the perfume, you may request a return by messaging us on Instagram.
The perfume must have been used for no more than 2 sprays.
The customer must return the product to our warehouse address provided by House of Agrasen.
Return delivery charges from the customer's location to our warehouse must be paid by the customer.
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received, inspected, and verified.
House of Agrasen reserves the right to reject a refund request if the product does not meet the applicable return conditions.

Any applicable offers or discounts are valid only for the specified period and according to their respective terms.
